CAE operates with a tightly controlled group of Repair Teams positioned throughout East Anglia and the South East giving coverage from Peterborough to Sussex.
Through operating a our repair teams CAE are able to tap into a wide range of specialist services and abilities to assist in providing a timely and cost effective repair solution. CAE currently has in excess of 100 operatives it is able to call upon whose skills and training vary from painting and decorating to demolition and re-builds, and a wide range of tradtional trades in between. Having worked in the subsidence sector for a number of years CAE is able to demonstrate particular skills in this environment including trained and approved Helical Bar installers, Shire Pilers and beaming specialists. CAE consider themselves an innovative and technologically advanced company and are therefore at the cutting edge of new repair techniques and often assist in research and development projects.
In addition to the repair teams CAE operates, there is also a team of more than 30 people who oversee the repair management process. This is split between field operatives and office based support staff. Over the last 5 years in excess of £1m has been invested in IT development to ensure that CAE are able to operate with real time information and pass this on to clients as they require. All field staff are equipped with the latest tablet PC technology and 3G connectivity to ensure all surveys and site visits can be relayed from site to all relevant parties. CAE have a policy of appointing a single person to project manage your claim from your first contact right through to when you sign the works off.
